  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    In order for us to hold a property for you we require a Deposit. Security Deposit is equal to One Month rent.
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    You pay Security Deposit upfront. Rent is due on the First of each month. If you move in early and are paying a pro rated rent, that would be due at time of possession.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    Min Age of 18 to apply.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Deposit is considered non-refundable until you take possession of the property. Once you take possession it becomes fully refundable per the Alberta residential tenancy act.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    We have an application on our website you can fill out. You can come into the Property Management Office located in Coldwell Banker on Franklin Ave.
  • How do I pay rent?

    Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You can pay by Post dated Cheque. Interac Etransfer, or in office.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    You need to have pet approval before any pets are permitted. Each Pet will need to be approved at all times.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    Contact the property manager to discuss.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    Notify the Property Management office. You will need to schedule a Move Out Inspection. Remember to do this in advance, appointments book up quickly!
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    This will depend on what the maintenance is and who is the cause. Contact the Property Management office to discuss each issue in detail.
